You want to torment your sub, but the kids are asleep in the room next door… Of course, you can choose not to hit your sub. Or look for silent alternative pain stimuli, but what you really want is to hit. Most impact toys, such as paddles and whips, make a loud smacking sound on the buttocks. In the silence of the night, that sounds even louder. But you don't want a sleepy little head opening your bedroom door asking: 'Mum, I keep hearing a weird noise.' It's probably the dilemma of many Doms. Mine, in any case... until I discovered this silicone paddle.

Aluminium/silicone paddle and ballbuster basher

This paddle makes no noise at all on your sub's buttocks. Thanks to the thick silicone head on it, you can barely hear it. The silicone dampens sound considerably.

Teasing

Of course, you don't have to use this silicone paddle only for hitting. With those flexible 'spikes' you can also tease your sub by gently running them along his balls. Tickling, playful taps… (not too hard, because it's quite heavy and I assume you'd like to enjoy his balls for a while longer) use your imagination. The thick aluminium rod gives you extra weight and sturdiness. The silicone acts as a shock absorber on this paddle.

In practice

At first I was a little startled by the size and weight of this paddle. I can only say that it is big and heavy.. That has advantages, of course (stability, feels good in the hand, solid), but it also means that when hitting you really have to restrict yourself to the buttocks, because on other parts of the body it 'reverberates' too much, and that is of course not good for all the vulnerable parts of our body.

Another downside is the 'sticky' silicone, which attracts a lot of dust over time, even (or perhaps especially) when you're not using it.
The paddle leaves no marks and gives a thudding, dull feeling in the buttocks. Naturally, that depends on how hard you hit. Because of its size and weight, it isn't inviting to hit your sub hard with it, so the paddle isn't really experienced as painful.

Tickling

The soft flexible protrusions are fun for tickling your sub under his balls, or around the vagina with female subs. Especially when they are blindfolded, this sensation can create an intense experience.
Personally, I would have preferred a flexible rod instead of this solid aluminium rod, so that it could have been used in a more 'whippy' way and would have had a bit more bite.

The paddle comes in a translucent plastic bag. Of course the packaging isn't important, but for such an expensive paddle, a nice fabric bag would have given the product a bit more class.

It's a solid paddle that will last a long time, and it can be used at moments when too much noise is undesirable. However, its size and weight limit the possibilities, and the sticky silicone means all kinds of dust particles cling to the paddle.
The plastic bag it comes in feels rather basic.
