1. Who we are
BDSMforyou is a trade name of Insert Internetuitgeverij, a sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 27190568. VAT number NL001713667B70. Contact: mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl, phone +31 6 13268573 (messages only).
In these terms, BDSMforyou and Insert Internetuitgeverij are referred to as "we" or "us". These terms apply to your BDSMforyou account and to the online trainings and apps you use with it, such as the trainings What is BDSM? and Sissy training. You order and pay for purchases in our webshop bdsmforyou.shop; the terms of the webshop also apply to those.
2. What we offer
Our online trainings are educational. A training consists of lessons, knowledge checks, reflection questions, a final exam with a certificate, and the option to ask Mrs Moriah up to three questions about the training.
We do not offer sexual services, and our trainings are not a platform for contact between participants. A training is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or other professional help.
3. Age
Our trainings and apps are intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. When you log in for the first time, you declare that you are 18 or older. Giving an incorrect declaration is not allowed. If it turns out that you are younger, we will delete your account.
4. Account and logging in
You log in with your email address and a code that you receive by email; no password is needed. One account opens all your BDSMforyou trainings and apps. You can be logged in on up to 5 devices at the same time. Your account is personal: you may not share it with others. Let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
How we process personal data is described in our privacy statement. It forms part of the use of your account.
5. Purchase and access
You buy a training in our webshop and pay using the payment methods offered there. The current price is shown in the webshop and includes VAT. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no renewal.
After payment, the email address of your order automatically gets access and you receive an email with a login link. So log in with the same email address you used for your order.
You keep access to the training you bought for as long as we offer that training. We intend to offer our trainings for a long time and, where possible, will announce well in advance if we stop offering a training. We cannot give a guarantee forever, for example if BDSMforyou ceases to exist. So download your certificate and keep it yourself.
We may also give free access, for example to workshop participants. Such access may have an end date.
6. Right of withdrawal
An online training is digital content that is available to you immediately after payment. When checking out in the webshop, you therefore expressly request immediate access and declare that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this in the order confirmation. After that, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.
If you did not give that declaration when checking out, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason. Let us know clearly within that period, by email to mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl or using the model form in the appendix. We will then end your access and refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Your other statutory consumer rights, such as your rights if the training does not work properly, always remain.
7. Final exam and certificate
After completing all required modules you can take the final exam. The number of questions and the score required to pass are shown with the exam. You may retake the exam as often as you like.
If you pass, you receive a personal certificate in the name you choose beforehand (your full name, your first name or a pseudonym). The certificate shows the date and score of your first passing attempt, a unique number and a verification code. You can download it again at any time as long as your account exists.
The certificate shows that you have successfully completed this training. It is not a diploma, professional qualification or accredited course. If it turns out that a certificate was obtained dishonestly, for example because someone else took the exam for you, we may revoke it.
8. Ask Mrs Moriah for help
With the training you can ask Mrs Moriah up to three questions, via the button "Ask Mrs Moriah for help" in the training. The questions concern the content of the training. We aim to answer within 36 hours; the answer appears in the training and you receive an email as soon as it is there.
This is not personal coaching, therapy, or medical or legal advice, and it is not intended for emergencies. If you are in need, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe) or your doctor. We may decline a question that is not about the training or is inappropriate; a declined question also counts towards the three.
9. Reflection questions
Your answers to the reflection questions stay only on your own device, in your browser's storage. We cannot see them. If you clear your browser data or use another device, they will not be there.
10. Use of the trainings
You use the trainings for yourself only, not for commercial purposes. It is not allowed to:
copy, distribute or publish the content, except as permitted by law (for example a short quotation with a reference to the source);
read out or copy the trainings automatically (scraping);
share or sell your account;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent the security.
The lessons contain a personal watermark with your email address.
11. Your safety
BDSM can involve physical and psychological risks. The information in the trainings is general and educational and is no substitute for your own risk assessment, good agreements with your partner(s) or professional advice. You are responsible for what you do with the information. If you have doubts about your health or safety, consult a doctor or another expert.
12. Intellectual property
All texts, questions and other content of the trainings belong to Mistress Moriah and Insert Internetuitgeverij (and any licensors) and are protected by copyright. You only receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right of use for as long as you have access.
13. Blocking and termination
We may block or delete an account in case of misuse, breach of these terms or an incorrect age declaration. For less serious breaches we will warn you first. If an account is rightfully blocked because of misuse, you are not entitled to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account yourself at any time under "My BDSMforyou". This happens immediately and is final: your access, progress, exam results, certificates and help questions disappear in all trainings and apps. A purchase is not refunded.
14. Availability and liability
We do our best to offer the trainings carefully, securely and reliably and to keep the content accurate. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates or faults may occur, and despite all care, information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and in any case to the amount you paid for the training concerned. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
15. Changes
We may change these terms if there is a reasonable cause, for example a change in the law or in how the trainings work. We will announce material changes in advance by email or in the training.
16. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection under the law of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, email mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl. We will respond as soon as possible and substantively within 14 days at the latest. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the competent court.
Appendix: model withdrawal form
