The harness looks tough, even on that schlemiel of mine. Both the front and the back of the harness have O-rings. Handy, because you can use those in all sorts of ways. The harness is fully adjustable with the straps, so you can get the right fit both in height and in width.

I will be honest: my sub has an average build and most of the straps were, as you can see, on the last hole. So if you have a somewhat heavier build, you'd do better to look for a different model. After all, you don't want to end up like a trussed-up roast.
