Cuckold and/or TPE contract

“Cuckold and/or TPE contract” was written for BDSMforyou.nl by Mistress Moriah.

This is an example of a TPE contract or Cuckold contract. Of course, you can fully customize this contract to suit your needs. Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed and possible. Follow your own feelings and creativity in this matter. It goes without saying that this contract can also serve as the basis for a TPE contract between a Master and his slave.

This is a contract between Mistress… and Her cuckold slave, whereby the slave submits completely and unconditionally to his Mistress. In addition to the terms and conditions, the contract also contains rules governing how the slave is to behave.

Article 1 – General behavior

Article 1.1

The slave submits himself completely to his Mistresses, of his own free will and without coercion. The slave addresses Her as “Mistresses” or “Mistress” in private and in the presence of like-minded people, but not in the presence of friends, acquaintances, work colleagues, and/or family who are not familiar with the division of roles between Mistress and Her slave. In the presence of “others,” the slave refers to his Mistress as “……” or by a pet name.

Article 1.2

In an appropriate setting, the slave greets his Masters by kneeling before Her with his head bowed. Only when his Masters give him permission does he stand up and kiss Her on the mouth.

Article 1.3

In private or among like-minded people, the slave shall wear his collar, wrist cuffs, and ankle cuffs as standard. As soon as he arrives home and his Mistress is already present, he shall first greet his Mistress in an appropriate manner, then immediately put on his collar and cuffs.

Article 1.4

Failure to comply with this article will be punished by Mistress in an appropriate manner.

Article 2 – Loyalty and fidelity

Article 2.1

The slave is completely loyal to his Mistress and gives his Mistress the opportunity to check this in every possible way, by handing over a house key and a list of login codes and passwords for all his email addresses and other social media. If Mistress so desires, he gives Her access to all his other correspondence. The slave also gives his Mistress permission to install software on his computer that allows her to remotely control his computer use.

Article 2.2

The slave wears a CB (chastity belt) 24/7. The key to the CB is kept by his Mistress. She determines when the slave is allowed to physically express his arousal.

Article 2.3

The slave shall not engage in conversation with other Mistresses without the permission of his Mistress, nor shall he carry out any assignments for them without first asking permission from his Mistress.

Article 2.4

The slave is prohibited from engaging in any form of sexual activity with anyone other than his Mistress.

Article 2.5

The slave shall accompany his Mistress in an appropriate manner to BDSM gatherings, swingers’ parties, or fetish parties and shall behave in an appropriate manner.

Article 3 – Serving as a good cuckold

Article 3.1

The Mistress reserves the right to engage in and/or maintain extramarital affairs. However, she is obliged to inform slave … about this. Details can be shared with slave … at his request.

Article 3.2

Slave … watches over the well-being of his Mistress.

A “safe system” may be agreed upon so that Mistress… and slave… are able to have “emergency contact” with each other.

Article 3.3

After Mistress…’s affair outside the relationship, it is the task of slave… to take care of cleaning Her, Her body, and/or the environment in an appropriate manner.

Article 3.4

Prior to a meeting, Mistress … will indicate how slave … should behave. Slave … will serve his Mistress as well and as lovingly as possible.

Article 3.5

Slut expresses herself positively and proudly about Her Mistress on all social media with which she is connected to Mistress. She therefore responds to all posts by Her Mistress. Failure to comply with this article will result in a fine of 25 euros per violation.

Article 3.6

Failure to comply with this article will be punished by Mistress… in an appropriate manner.

Article 4 – Obligations to pamper

Article 4.1

The slave will pamper his Mistress in every way possible. The slave’s own initiative will be appreciated and rewarded by Mistress.

Article 4.2

The slave will take care of the hair removal of his Mistress’s pubic area on a weekly basis.

Article 4.3

The slave shall pamper his Mistress with spontaneous actions (small gifts, kind words, compliments, spontaneous outings, cards, etc.).

Article 4.4

When Mistress so desires, the slave shall massage Her wherever and for as long as his Mistress deems desirable.

Article 4.5

Slave … shall at all times correctly perform the household tasks assigned to him by his Mistress.

Article 4.6

The slave shall create a pleasant atmosphere in the house by lighting candles and incense in the evening and playing pleasant music.

Article 4.7

Without the strict permission of Mistress, the TV will remain off.

Article 4.8

Mistress may freely dispose of the slave’s home, using Her own key to gain access to Her slave’s home without prior notice.

Article 4.9

The slave will serve His Mistress breakfast in bed when She requests it.

Article 4.10

Failure to comply with this article will be punished by Mistress in an appropriate manner.

Article 5 – Duration of the contract

Article 5.1

The slave will dress as Mistress deems appropriate, which may be in appropriate clothing, casual clothing, erotic clothing, without underwear, or completely naked.

Article 5.2

Aftershave and eau de toilette for the slave will be purchased in consultation with Mistress. The following may be purchased without consultation: Joop!, Egoïst (Chanel), Obsession (Calvin Klein).

Article 5.3

The slave shall take good care of his physical appearance and ensure that he takes good care of his teeth and always smells pleasant in the presence of his Mistress.

Article 5.4

At a time when Mistress deems it appropriate, the slave shall receive a clear permanent body marker, in the form of a tattoo or brand, so that it is clear that he is the property of his Mistress.

Article 5.5

At any time, when Mistress deems it appropriate, the slave will be pierced with rings through his nipples and scrotum as a sign of their bond.

Article 5.6

Failure to comply with this article will be punished by Mistress… in an appropriate manner.

Article 6 – Communication

Article 6.1

Mistress attaches great importance to careful communication. When Mistress cannot be with Her slave, the slave will send Her a text message every morning to greet Her in an appropriate manner. Before the slave goes to sleep, his last words will also be addressed to Her by means of a text message to wish Her a good night.

Article 6.2

The slave keeps his Mistress informed of his appointments and regularly reports where he is. On days when Mistress cannot be with Her slave, there will be at least one moment of telephone contact. The time for this can be determined in consultation.

Article 6.3

When Mistress calls her slave, the slave will answer his phone at all times. If this is not a convenient time, he will inform Her in a polite manner.

Article 6.4

The slave will discuss his appointments with Mistress on a weekly basis. Mistress will determine whether the slave can attend these appointments. The slave … is not authorized to make appointments without consulting his Mistress.

Article 6.5

The slave shall provide a space in his home that can be furnished for all BDSM activities.

Article 6.6

Mistress … is aware of all the wishes and fantasies of slave ….

Article 6.7

Failure to comply with this article shall be punished by Mistress … in an appropriate manner.

Article 7 – In and around the house

Article 7.1

The slave’s house shall be the domain of his Mistress. She may freely dispose of the house and therefore receive her own key.

Article 7.2

In the absence of Mistress, the slave shall perform all tasks in the house that are desirable for a clean, hygienic, cozy, and pleasant environment.

Article 7.3

When Mistress has entered Her domain, slave is responsible for the following household tasks:

– pouring drinks as Mistress desires

– keeping all sanitary facilities clean

– tidying up the kitchen after Mistress has prepared the food

Article 7.4

The slave shall familiarize himself with his Mistress’s favorite drinks and ensure that they are always in stock.

Article 8 – Sexuality

Article 8.1

The slave shall wear a CB 24/7. The key to this is kept by his Mistress. She determines when it is permissible for the slave … to have an erection. A key for emergencies shall be available in a sealed envelope.

Article 8.2

The slave … is not permitted to have an erection without the permission of his Mistress.

Article 8.3

Intercourse between Mistress and slave shall take place in a manner desired by Her. This may be as desired, but may also mean exclusion from actual intercourse so that Mistress’s lover is the only one with whom Mistress… has intercourse. This is to make it clear that She is the superior and slave… has a subordinate role.

Article 8.4

Slave… is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all devices used in relation to his Mistress’s sexual intercourse.

Article 8.5

Mistress determines when Her slave may have an erection and slave… may only ejaculate after receiving permission from his Mistress.

Article 8.6

The slave will learn the proper way to pleasure his Mistress with a vibrator and how to make Her climax with it.

Article 8.7

The slave agrees to be tied up and blindfolded at times when Mistress deems it desirable.

Article 8.8

The slave will be open to exploring all possibilities and toys within BDSM that fit within the limits of his Mistress’s fantasy.

Article 8.9

Failure to comply with this article will be punished by Mistress… in an appropriate manner.

Article 9 – Punishments

The slave will undergo his punishments humbly and willingly. Punishments may be given in the form of:

• whiplashes (number will depend on the severity of the punishment)
• physical (by Mistress’s hands, for example a slap in the face)
• nipple clamps (and any variations thereof)
• confinement (cage) or suspension (chain)
• electro
• humiliation physical and mental
• breath control
• needles, sounds, and other “medical procedures”
• anal stretching or use of a strap-on
• bondage using ropes, handcuffs, or foil
• carrying out orders
• abstinence from erections and/or sexual release

Article 10 – Restrictions

Article 10.1

The following areas are non-negotiable for both slave and Mistress:

a. no children

b. no hard drugs

c. no feces

d. no open fire

e. no permanent injury (except for a one-time brand or tattoo).

Article 10.2

Slave may not use safe words.

Article 10.3

The signed contract can only be terminated by Mistress.

Article 11 – Obligations of Mistress

Article 11.1

Mistress has the obligation to allow Her slave to explore his limits but will monitor the safety and health of Her slave at all times.

Article 11.2

Painful and boundary-pushing games and punishments will only be carried out when Mistress is sober and alert.
