Love in Latex

Love in Latex
His black body glistens in the light
his second skin fits tightly
He makes no move to shed it
nor to reveal his skin
His beloved stands beside him
also shrouded in black sheen
she caresses his body with a glistening hand
whereupon he envelops her in his blackness
Their smooth bodies melt together
like individual notes in a melody
there resounds the music of angels
that soars toward a higher existence
Their second skin creaks audibly
as they merge into one another
and at the very pinnacle of “being”
together they touch the heavens
