The breast clamp or wringler

A breast clamp or wringler is a clamp that goes around the (both) breasts. Two slats that you clamp together are all it takes. That is why they are usually simply made at home. But if you can't be bothered, you can also buy them ready-made. Of course, you can make them as elaborate, as pretty or as basic as you like. Don't think the breast clamp is enough yet? The nipples are still free... so feel free to put a few more clamps on them!

The ready-made breast clamp consists of two (stainless steel) tubes that are tightened towards each other with wing nuts. The breasts sit in between and will be squeezed more and more.
Afterwards, the clamp can be cleaned with a toy cleaner, but a few minutes in boiling water works just fine too. Metal toys can also go in the dishwasher if needed (as long as you don't put normal dishes in with them).
Can squeezing the breasts do harm?
Let's be honest, squeezing the breasts is of course not good for them. It causes pain and discomfort, but that may be exactly the point. But it can also restrict breathing, because breathing deeply becomes difficult or even impossible. Prolonged compression can restrict the blood circulation to the breasts and surrounding tissue, which can lead to tingling, numbness and swelling.
Prolonged constriction can disrupt lymphatic drainage, which can cause swelling and fluid retention. Repeated and prolonged binding can potentially lead to damage to the breast tissue and surrounding structures.
How to get started
For beginners, it is wise to start with very short periods and light pressure, and to gradually build up the duration and intensity as you gain more experience and comfort. Use clamps that are specially designed for the purpose and avoid improvised clamps that can apply uncontrolled pressure.
How to bind as safely as possible
Use clamps that apply light to moderate pressure. Excessive pressure can lead to tissue damage, pain and impaired blood circulation.
When you clamp the breasts, make sure you do so as evenly as possible, so that the pressure doesn't concentrate on a single spot.
Breast clamps should only be used for short periods, usually no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. This helps prevent tissue damage and ensures that blood circulation is not restricted for too long.
After removing the clamps, give the breasts enough time to recover before putting them on again. This can vary from a few minutes to half an hour or longer, depending on how the body responds.
Watch for signs of severe redness, swelling or bruising. If such symptoms occur, remove the breast clamp immediately.
Make sure you keep a close eye on her. Use a safeword or signal so that you can stop immediately if it becomes too painful.
Don't forget the aftercare!
Make sure to provide good aftercare, such as gently massaging the area to promote blood circulation and reduce any swelling or redness.
Keep an eye on the skin in the hours after use for signs of lasting irritation or damage.
