What is Foodplay, also known as Sploshing?

Foodplay, also known as "sploshing", is an experience in which food is used as part of sexual activities. The best-known products are of course things like chocolate, strawberries (or fruit in general) and whipped cream (which, incidentally, starts to smell sour very quickly, so as far as I'm concerned it is never a recommendation). But foodplay goes much further than some fruit or a dollop of whipped cream. Foodplay lovers get aroused when, for example, custard is poured over them. Or when they are buried under tiramisu.
Ultimately, foodplay is about combining culinary delights with physical pleasure. And relatively speaking, it actually comes up quite often.

Why do people find this exciting?
So many people, so many experiences, and everyone experiences it in their own way and gets something specific out of it for themselves. There are various reasons why foodplay can be appealing:
Food offers a range of textures, temperatures, smells and flavours that can stimulate the senses.
Foodplay encourages you to be creative. It's even a little bit naughty for those who were told as a child: "Don't play with your food!"
Foodplay can lead to a bit of a mess or even a real sloppy chaos, which can be very exciting for some people.
For some people, the use of food is a specific fetish, and there is often no explanation for that.
Which food is a favourite in Foodplay?
The evergreens are of course chocolate, whipped cream and strawberries, but there are of course many more possibilities. Really, anything is possible, but there are definitely a few standouts:
Besides strawberries, grapes and mangoes are also great to use sensually. Their juiciness and sweetness can add an extra dimension.
Honey, maple syrup and caramel sauce for a sweet and sticky experience. For those who like a bit of spice, a dash of chilli sauce can heat things up.
Whipped cream is a classic, but yoghurt or cream cheese also works well for a creamy sensation.
Think of tiramisu, custard or mousse that you can smear over the body.
Ice cubes or warm drinks for temperature play, where the contrast between hot and cold stimulates and excites the senses even more.
Important considerations
Although foodplay can be exciting and fun, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Make sure the food is clean and avoid foods that can cause infections if they come into contact with sensitive areas. This also applies to "innocent whipped cream". Coincidentally, I know someone who ended up with a nasty eye infection after a hilarious fight with whipped cream pies. So keep your eyes out of the experience as much as possible. There are plenty of places left on the body that are less prone to infection.
Watch out for the pussy. Or in other words, be a little careful with the natural acidity of the vagina. If you start messing about with food down there, it can affect the pH balance, which can ultimately result in an unpleasant yeast infection. And no woman is waiting for that itchy nonsense.
Check for food allergies to prevent unwanted reactions. The last thing you want during an intimate moment is an allergic reaction to those delicious strawberries.
Foodplay can be messy. Make a plan to clean everything up afterwards, so you don't spend the rest of the evening scrubbing the sheets. It's best to lay down a tarpaulin first, so that everything is easy to clear up afterwards.
