I think it's widely known that I love whips. Especially nasty whips. The nastier they are, the more I usually like them. When I saw this single silicone tail in the shop, I wanted to try it out as soon as possible! Luckily it was delivered quickly, and that very same evening my sub was the 'lucky one'...

Whip with a single silicone tail
Tied to the St Andrew's cross, the fun could begin. At least, that was my intention. I warmed him up with some milder whips first, and eventually I enthusiastically picked up this new whip. However, I soon noticed that I needed some time to get used to the silicone tail. Because it is so flexible (and therefore whips about so much) and is also very light in weight, it took me a while to get the hang of it and to strike my sub's buttocks accurately. Judging by my sub's groaning, the whip is indeed nasty. I could see this straight away from the red welts on his body too.
Dust and silicone
That same evening, I did notice a small drawback of this whip. Silicone attracts dust, and it tends to stick to it a little. That means that even when you aren't using it but simply hang it up somewhere in the room, it will still get dirty. You don't have that with leather, but silicone has a slightly rougher texture, so the dust 'sticks' to it. I therefore advise you to simply store this whip in a cupboard and not hang it up anywhere.
What is very nice, precisely because the whip is so flexible and not so big, is that you can easily take it with you in a small handbag. That way you always have an effective corrective tool at hand when your sub is being annoying.
In practice
The whip has a sturdy handle, while the silicone tail is very flexible. This allows it to whip about considerably, which gives a nasty, sharp pain on the sub's skin. The whip is nicely finished with braided leather at the end of the stainless steel handle. The handle offers a good grip. The whip has a wrist strap, so during enthusiastic whipping sessions you won't suddenly see it flying through the air. Of course, you can also use this loop to hang the whip up.
The whip is not big, 'only 56.50 cm', but it still delivers a very grown-up pain. In this case small but vicious.

The whip is definitely different from the whips I already have hanging up, but whether it will become a favourite of mine, I honestly don't know yet. It is nasty and I absolutely love that, but I didn't find it really nice to hit with. It takes a while to get a good stroke in.
It is certainly not a bad whip and looks well made, but perhaps it's not quite 'my whip'.
