Chain flogger

“Chain flogger” was written for BDSMforyou.nl by Mistress Moriah.

This chain whip or chain flogger is not the same as the tool used by a bicycle mechanic to remove the cassette (rear sprockets) from a bicycle. By “chain whip,” we mean a vicious striking weapon, namely a flogger consisting of several strands of chain. It can be dangerous in the hands of a beginner, but even an experienced master must exercise caution with it. It should be noted that there are different models, and some are more intense than others.

The nature of metal

One of the properties of metal is that it doesn’t flex. That means you’d better keep this chain whip away from someone’s face. A logical person can figure that out on their own, of course, but unfortunately, there are also people who don’t think things through as well.

You can’t really strike very hard (in terms of speed) with this whip, because the chain strands are somewhat unstable (they can go in any direction). But metal is metal, so it can still pack quite a punch. In line with Riri’s famous words, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips turn me on,” this accessory is a combination of style and sensation.

Different versions

The chain whip, or chain flogger, comes in various versions. Some are a bit more intense than others. This mainly has to do with the size of the links that make up the strands. I’ve even seen a flogger with barbed wire strands once. You can imagine you could never strike with that at full force, because you’d tear the skin open. Chain whips with thin links are much better suited for gentle caressing, because otherwise you’d quickly break the chains.

And so, every type of whip has its own function.
