I love beautiful things, and this Dazzling Eminence whip, or leather flogger, is absolutely beautiful. It is a gorgeous, stylish whip with a nicely curved handle. And of course that handle has this shape for a reason. You can also use it perfectly well vaginally and/or anally, whichever you prefer. Alternating between the two is possible too, of course. Just make sure you clean it in between to prevent infections, especially when you go from anal to vaginal.

The Dazzling Eminence whip is made of beautiful, supple leather. The tails are not all that soft, because they are quite vicious (sharp). Let me describe it as a 'medium' whip. There are definitely whips that are meaner, but there are certainly also whips that are a little less vicious. Even so, this whip is perfectly suitable for the beginning BDSM enthusiast. It is easy to dose and it sits nicely in the hand.

In intensity, it is a lovely warm-up whip. Not one to start with, but perhaps as the second or third; a whip before the heavy artillery begins.

Not only praise

So is there nothing but praise for this whip? No, not quite. Plenty of praise, but not only praise. I miss a loop that I can use to hang the whip up. There isn't one... and I can't hang it up by the knob. I did find a solution, by tying a leather cord to it myself, but it would have been nicer (prettier) if the whip itself had a nice loop. On the other hand, I also realise that a hanging loop could get in the way of using the metal knob anally and/or vaginally. And it is just so much fun that you can also use the whip as a dildo.

My sub soon discovers that the Dazzling Eminence whip is a lot less sweet than it looks. When he sees the flogger in my hands, I see a sigh of relief. I can see him thinking: 'Oh, I can handle that'... but this whip turns out to be fiercer than you would think. I notice this not only from my sub's groaning, but also from the red welts that quickly become visible on his backside. I love red welts... they make me happy. My sub is always a little less happy about them.

In practice

The flogger comes in a plastic bag, with the metal knob additionally protected by tissue paper so it cannot get damaged (scratched) during transport. The smell of leather greets you straight away when you take the whip out of its packaging.
