Text of our rose ceremony
“Text of our rose ceremony“ was written for BDSMforyou.nl by Mistress Moriah.
Before the start of the rose ceremony: Madam Jeanet hands out burning white candles to the Ladies present.
Madam Jeanet: A warm welcome to this special gathering, where we will all be witnesses to the special bond between Dom and sub, otherwise known as the rose ceremony of Mistress Moriah and sub 2Bees.

Personal words from Madam Jeanet to Mistress Moriah and 2Bees.
Now we are gathered here. With dear friends, as witnesses to their BDSM marriage.
A rose belongs to a rose ceremony: the symbol of the heart, of heavenly and romantic, earthly and sensual love. The colour white stands for purity, truth and surrender.
Mistress Moriah gives her sub the white rose and sub 2Bees keeps holding it.
Mistress Moriah: Personal words from Mistress Moriah to sub 2Bees
Madam Jeanet: Fire is warming, protective, comforting. It stands for trial and inspiration. A symbol of purification, revelation, transformation, spiritual and sexual passion.
Mistress Moriah takes the collar from 2Bees's neck and passes it through the flame of the candle. Then she puts the collar back around his neck.
Mistress Moriah: You are mine, just as I am yours. Inseparably bound to each other, as the dark cannot exist without the light and the day cannot exist without the night. I promise to protect you from everything and everyone. With me you will find peace and safety.
Madam Jeanet: Red stands for passion, desire and lavish beauty. The white and the red rose are both symbols of perfection. They reflect eternal life.
Mistress Moriah takes the red rose and pricks the middle finger of sub 2Bees with one of the thorns. Mistress Moriah lets two drops of blood fall onto the petals of the white rose. Then she pricks herself with the red rose and she, too, lets two drops of blood fall, on top of the drops of sub 2Bees.
Madam Jeanet: The thorn is a symbol of torment and/or protection. Blood contains life force, energy, the spirit of individual creatures. Shed blood is a symbol of martyrdom, of suffering and sacrificial love.
Mistress Moriah takes the hand of sub 2Bees and presses the two bloodied fingers together.
Madam Jeanet: The mingling of blood is a union of strength. Both are now one and the same. The bond between the two is hereby sealed.
Madam Jeanet: As our blood now mingles, we will remain part of each other's existence. Your life in my hands, my life in yours. Inseparably bound. Until death do us part, you are mine and I am yours.
Mistress Moriah and sub 2Bees: As our blood now mingles, we will remain part of each other's existence. Your life in my hands, my life in yours. Inseparably bound. Until death do us part, you are mine and I am yours.
Madam Jeanet takes a section of the chain and quickly passes it through the candle flame.
Madam Jeanet: The links of this chain stand for a series of all events strung together.
By passing it through the fire, memories that previously stood in the way of the happiness they have found together are burned away. This symbolises the purity of all events.
Madam Jeanet wraps the chain around Mistress Moriah and sub 2Bees.
Madam Jeanet: Here the chain is a symbol of submission, the union of spiritual and earthly forces, and unity through friendly connection.
Mistress Moriah: I will stay faithful to you, you are mine.
sub 2Bees: I will stay faithful to you, I belong to you.
Mistress Moriah takes the red rose and lets sub 2Bees take the white one. The roses are pressed together and exchanged.
Madam Jeanet:
Where pure love dwells
in a house of acceptance
ultimate trust lives
in an oasis of calm
No outsider
will understand what
intense forces your
togetherness strengthens
But no outsider either
will be able to interfere
in this ultimate
bond of your ‘being’
A naked knight
and his Queen
he who fights his battle for Her
and She frees him from precisely this
His chains rattle
where She has taken them off
and in the armour of Her boundaries
he feels safe and loved
And She needs him
as confirmation of Her being
just as he needs Her
for his longing for acceptance
in the form of servitude
Her boundaries will
be his limitless flying
His limitless flying
is Her Utopia
...of power and lust...
And together they form
the most intense symbiosis’
Madam Jeanet removes the chain from Mistress Moriah and sub 2Bees.
Madam Jeanet: This chain will never again be used for anything else.
sub 2Bees gets down on his hands and knees with his nose on the floor.
Madam Jeanet: The candle is a symbol of spiritual enlightenment, joy, faith and testimony. I would like to invite the Ladies present to let one drop of candle wax fall on 2Bees's back. Just one drop...
One stands for the beginning, the indivisible. The mystical radiant centre of everything. White is the initiation of new life.
The Ladies present let a drop fall on sub 2Bees's back, one by one.
Mistress Moriah takes a red candle and lights it. She lets one red drop of candle wax fall on sub Rob's back
Mistress Moriah: My red drop stands for love, suffering and passion.
Madam Jeanet: Red on white is the symbol of sacrifice.
Sub 2Bees kisses the feet of Mistress Moriah.
sub 2Bees: Personal words from 2Bees to Mistress Moriah.
