Perhaps you have been doing sissy training for a while and want more structure. Perhaps there is already a carefully assembled wardrobe tucked away at the back of a cupboard. But it may just as well be that you are still right at the beginning and are mainly curious about what this role could mean for you.

That is why the training starts with the basics.

You will learn more about the background of sissy training and the different ways in which people experience this role. Topics such as femininity, presentation, clothing, grooming, posture, behaviour, discipline, submission and personal development each have their own place within the training.

It is not only about appearance, though. A dress, heels or make-up can be part of a sissy identity, but they do not automatically make someone a sissy. It is the experience behind it that is interesting: what does it do to you when you take on a different role? What do you find exciting? Where do you feel resistance? Where is the shame, and where does freedom arise?

Learning and experiencing for yourself

Sissy training is not an e-book that you simply read from beginning to end. It is set up as an interactive e-learning course.

The different sections contain information and questions with which you check whether you have understood the material. You will also be challenged regularly to reflect on your own experience.

As a result, a much more personal picture gradually emerges. You learn not only what sissy training can be, but above all what it means for you.

You set your own pace. You do not have to complete the training in one go. Some sections you can probably get through quickly, while other topics invite you to linger a little longer.

No standard template

Within BDSM there are quite a few stereotypes about sissies. Yet your development does not have to fit such a standard image at all.

One person mainly enjoys the feminine presentation. Another experiences sissy training explicitly within a D/s dynamic. Yet another finds the discipline, rituals or mental switch most interesting.

This option is intended as support with the course material and is not personal coaching. If you want to work more extensively on individual desires, development or a personal D/s dynamic, you can book coaching separately.

Final exam and certificate

At the end of the training there is a final exam. It tests what you have learned in the different sections.

Once you have successfully completed the exam, you will receive a personal certificate that you can keep or print out. This completes the basic training.

But perhaps that is exactly the moment when the real discovery begins. After all, no definition, outfit or assignment can tell you exactly what kind of sissy you should be. That is for you to discover.
