A lubricant lets you glide nicely

Gliding is something you can do together or alone. And I don't mean going down a slide. I mean doing something with lubricants. And you can use lubricants for lots of (sexual) things. Some people even use a lubricant for the tips of their hair. Wonderfully multifunctional. You can use a lubricant on yourself, but also on someone else. Or, if you're tied up, the other person can use it on you. For example, to insert a speculum, either vaginally or rectally. Or to put it bluntly, simply into her cunt or ass, or his ass. Or just scissoring, which is also nice with a bit of lubricant. It can also boost libido even more. But there are many more possibilities.

There are different types of lubricant
For fisting in both the pussy and the ass there are special fisting lubricants. I used to be able to do that to myself, but now that I'm older, everything closes up a bit. Fisting lubricants come in tubs, which makes applying them to your hands/fists a bit easier.
What are the differences
Water-based lubricants are thin, don't stain and are easy to clean up. This lubricant dries out faster, so you'll need to reach for the tube more often. If you use sex toys, it's advisable to use a water-based lubricant. This lubricant isn't recommended for anal use.
Silicone-based lubricants are thicker and don't dissolve in water. So if you fancy some vigorous sex in the shower, this is a great choice, or in the bath, of course, though I'm a visual thinker and can already picture how awkward that would be. You can also use this lubricant very well with, for example, a glass dildo. Don't use silicone-based lubricant with silicone toys, as it can damage them. And you've guessed it, it's also a perfect lubricant for anal play. From finger to fist, from butt plug to thick dildo.
How do you use it
Actually very simple: smear the lubricant on or in. Don't immediately go wild with your fist, for example. And don't shove that dildo in at full speed. Build it up calmly. The lubricant will then do the work by itself. It's not only nicer for yourself when you're playing with yourself. And when you're playing with a (play) partner it's even nicer, because you don't want everything to clamp shut because you wanted to go a bit too fast. In the overview below you can see the differences once more. Above all, I wish you lots of gliding pleasure!
