My great passion is CBT, or spelled out, Cock and Ball Torture. There is as much as possible under this heading... because you can torture the cock and balls in so many different ways. So it never gets monotonous. Whether you let hot candle wax drip over the cock and/or balls, put electricity on the balls or insert needles, it all falls under CBT. Careful, gentlemen, I know someone who thought CB (chastity belt) and CBT were the same thing... He found out while having his cock and balls tortured. Oops... because CB is really something completely different.

What falls under CBT?

Actually, it's too much to list. Think of all kinds of pain, for example with firm bondage of the cock and balls, the use of a ballcrusher, ballstretcher, parachute (or ball hat), needles, Humbler or simply using your hands to slap, squash, scratch or squeeze. Whips, Wheel of pain, candle wax, dilator, clamps, clothes pegs, stinging nettles, joints, knees, electro, violet wand, staples, mousetraps, nipple clamps, plucking, trampling, nails... anything goes.

Different experiences

Of course, one kind of pain is not the same as another. You can torture the penis and balls in many ways. Someone who loves CBT doesn't have to be a fan of every type of pain stimulus in this area. One person can take more pain on the penis and another on the balls. It certainly doesn't always have to involve both. And even once you've made that distinction, one sub may be more into stretching the balls and another into crushing them. So always build up the play slowly, so that you can keep discovering where the sub's limits lie during the play itself.

CBT and safety

Even though the balls can take a knock, the sub doesn't need to be broken, so it's important that you keep a close eye on him. Build up the play gently so that you can keep track of his limits. Check regularly that the balls aren't tied too tightly, which would disrupt the blood supply too much. Undo everything immediately if the genitals feel numb or cold.

Always keep a pair of scissors within reach, to be safe, to cut through ropes, laces or cling film. Never use alcohol and/or drugs in combination with CBT. Ask about the person's medical status. Be extra careful with an erect penis.

CBT is not always harmless. The penis can break and testicles can rupture. The contents of the testicles then end up in the scrotum, which can be extremely painful and cause bleeding. The scrotum then turns purple or black. Stop the bleeding with ice and seek medical help immediately.
