There are various ways to torture a sub/slave when it comes to orgasm. We have already discussed the ruined orgasm, but of course there is also the forced orgasm, the denial of orgasm (forced chastity) and edging (delaying an orgasm to reach an ecstatic state). But there is also "Torture of forced orgasm", where it doesn't stop after one time... and yes, that is torture.

How do you go about it?

Since it is real torture - or rather becomes so after one or two times - you had better restrain someone properly. And preferably in a way that still makes it possible to keep stimulating the erogenous zones. For a female slave this can be (for example) a harness with a wand vibrator in it, held against her clit, and for a male version you could think of a milking machine or masturbator.

The Dominant makes sure the stimulating devices stay in the right place, so the genitals keep being stimulated, even after an orgasm has taken place. Of course you can also do it by hand, but why would you? All you get from that is a tired arm.

Can torture of forced orgasm be harmful?

Our body is a wondrous mechanism, designed to experience pleasure. For many people one orgasm is already a peak, but what happens when you have several in a row? In general, repeated orgasms are not harmful. In fact, some people experience heightened sensitivity and intensity the more orgasms they have. However, as with everything, it is important to listen to your body. Overstimulation can lead to discomfort (which can be the goal in torture of forced orgasm) or even temporary numbness.

So, can it be harmful to come several times in a row? In general, no. It is important to keep communicating with each other, though. Beforehand, if necessary during, and certainly afterwards.

The difference between men and women

There is a physical difference between men and women, and that also applies to having an orgasm. Torture of forced orgasm works better on a female sub/slave because the vagina has shorter refractory periods^* than a sub with a cock. With men, the overstimulation will therefore turn sooner from pleasure into pleasure-pain. Fortunately endorphins are still released, so that it somehow still feels sort of pleasant.
