Comprehensive slave contract

“Comprehensive slave contract” was written for BDSMforyou.nl by Mistress Moriah.

This is an example of a comprehensive slave contract. Of course, you can fully customize this contract to create a slave contract that suits you perfectly. Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed and possible. Follow your own feelings and creativity in this. It goes without saying that this contract can also serve as the basis for a Findom contract between a Master and his slave.

This is a contract between … and her slave … whereby the slave submits completely and unconditionally to his Domina. In addition to the terms and conditions, the contract also contains rules governing how the slave should behave.

Article 1 – General behavior

The slave submits himself completely to his Domina, of his own free will and without coercion. The slave addresses her as “Domina” or “Domina …” in private and in the presence of like-minded people, but not in the presence of friends, acquaintances, work colleagues, and/or family who are not familiar with the division of roles between Domina and her slave. In the presence of “others,” the slave calls his Domina by her normal name or by a (vanilla) nickname.

Article 1.1

In an appropriate setting, the slave greets his Domina by kneeling before her with his head bowed. He then kisses her shoes or boots and only stops when his Domina indicates that it is enough.

Article 1.2

If necessary, Domina will punish her slave in an appropriate manner. Slave will willingly and obediently undergo his punishment at the moment Domina deems appropriate.

Article 2 – Loyalty and fidelity

The slave is completely loyal to his Domina and gives his Domina the opportunity to check this in every possible way, by handing over a house key and a list of login codes and passwords for all his email addresses and other social media. If Domina so desires, he gives her access to all his other correspondence. The slave also gives his Domina permission to install software on his computer that allows her to remotely control his computer use.

Article 2.1

In the absence of his Domina, the slave wears a CB (chastity belt). The key to the CB is kept by the Domina. She determines when the slave is allowed to physically express his arousal.

Article 2.2

In an appropriate setting, the slave shall wear a collar and cuffs in the presence of his Domina as a sign of submission, respect, and loyalty to his Domina.

Article 2.3

The slave shall not engage in conversation with other Dominants without the permission of his Domina, nor shall he carry out any assignments for them without first asking permission from his Domina.

Article 2.4

The slave is forbidden to engage in any form of sexual activity with himself or others, other than his Domina, except when instructed to do so by his Domina.

Article 2.5

The slave shall accompany his Domina to BDSM gatherings or fetish parties and behave in an appropriate manner.

Article 3 – Obligations to pamper

The slave shall pamper his Domina in every possible way. The slave’s own initiative shall be appreciated and rewarded by Domina.

Article 3.1

The slave shall ensure the weekly hair removal of his Domina’s pubic area.

Article 3.2

The slave shall pamper his Domina with spontaneous actions (outings, gifts, etc.).

Article 3.3

When Domina so desires, the slave will massage her wherever and for however long his Domina deems desirable.

Article 3.4

The slave will create a pleasant atmosphere in the house by lighting candles and incense in the evening and playing pleasant music.

Article 3.5

Without the strict permission of Domina, the TV will remain off.

Article 3.6

After waking up, the slave will first massage his Domina’s feet.

Article 3.7

The slave will give his Domina breakfast in bed when she asks for it, but it will be even more appreciated by Domina when her slave takes spontaneous action in this regard.

Article 4 – Body and personal care

Article 4.1

The slave shall dress as Domina deems appropriate, which may be in formal attire, casual wear, erotic clothing, without underwear, or completely naked.

Article 4.2

Aftershave and cologne for the slave shall be purchased in consultation with Domina.

Article 4.3

The slave shall take good care of his body and ensure that he takes good care of his teeth and always smells nice in the presence of his Domina.

Article 4.4

At a time deemed appropriate by Domina, the slave will receive a clear permanent body marker, in the form of a tattoo or brand (at Domina’s preference), so that it will be clear that he is the property of his Domina. However, this will be done in a place that is not easily visible to others. The image of the tattoo or brand will be determined by Domina.

Article 4.5

At any time, when Domina deems it appropriate, the slave will be ringed through his nipples and scrotum.

Article 5 – Communication

Article 5.1

Domina attaches great importance to careful communication. When Domina cannot be with her slave, the slave will send her a text message every morning to greet her in an appropriate manner. Before the slave goes to sleep, his last words will also be addressed to her via a text message to wish her a good night.

Article 5.2

The slave keeps his Domina informed of his appointments and regularly reports where he is. On days when Domina cannot be with her slave, there will be at least one opportunity for telephone contact. The time for this will be determined by Domina and the slave will ensure that this is possible for him.

Article 5.3

When Domina calls her slave, the slave shall answer his phone within three rings at all times. If this is not a convenient time, he shall inform her in a polite manner and call her back at a specified time.

Article 5.4

The slave shall discuss his appointments with Domina on a weekly basis. Domina shall determine whether the slave can attend these appointments.

Article 5.5

The slave shall provide a space in his home that can be furnished for all BDSM activities.

Article 5.6

The slave shall be available at any time Domina deems desirable.

Article 6 – In and around the house

The slave’s house shall be the domain of his Domina. She shall have free access to the house and shall therefore be given her own key.

Article 6.1

In Domina’s absence, the slave shall perform all tasks in the house that are desirable for a clean, hygienic, cozy, and pleasant environment.

Article 6.2

When Domina has entered her domain, the slave is responsible for the following household tasks:Article 6.3

  • pouring drinks as Domina desires
  • keeping all sanitary facilities clean
  • cleaning the kitchen after Domina has prepared the food

The slave will familiarize himself with his Domina’s favorite drinks and ensure that they are always in stock.

Article 7 – Sexuality

Article 7.1

The slave shall wear a chastity belt in the absence of his Domina. The key to this is kept by his Domina.

Article 7.2

Domina determines when her slave may have an erection and the slave may only ejaculate after permission from his Domina.

Article 7.3

The slave may try to seduce his Domina into sexual activities, but Domina decides whether to comply. However, the slave may never refuse his Domina’s wishes for sexual activities.

Article 7.4

The slave will learn the proper way to pleasure his Domina with a vibrator and how to make her climax with it.

Article 7.5

The slave agrees to be tied up and blindfolded at times when Domina deems it desirable.

Article 7.6

The slave is entirely at the disposal of his Domina to satisfy her desires, whether orally, vaginally, or rectally. He must realize that he is there purely for her pleasure.

Article 7.7

The slave shall be open to exploring all possibilities and toys within BDSM and within the limits of his Domina’s imagination, trusting that his Domina will respect the limitations as mentioned in Article 9.

Article 8 – Punishments

Article 8.1

The slave will undergo his punishments humbly and willingly. Punishments may be given in the form of:

Article 8.2

  • being beaten with a whip, cane, paddle, sticks, hands, belts, or any other attribute that can be used to beat.
  • kicking or trampling
  • torture devices (clamps and the like)
  • confinement or suspension
  • prostitution for Domina
  • physical and mental humiliation
  • breath control
  • needles, sounds, and other “medical procedures”
  • anal stretching or use of a strap-on
  • bondage using ropes, handcuffs, or foil
  • carrying out orders
  • serving as a piece of furniture

Domina does not need any reason or cause to torment her slave when She feels like it, derives pleasure from it, or uses her slave for relaxation.

Article 9 – Restrictions

The following areas are off-limits for both slave and Domina:

Article 9.1

  • children
  • hard drugs
  • feces

Slave may not use safe words.

Article 9.2

The signed contract may only be terminated by Domina.

Article 10 – Obligations of Domina

Article 10.1

Domina has an obligation to allow her slave to explore his limits but will monitor the safety and health of her slave at all times.

Article 10.2

Painful and boundary-pushing games and punishments will only be carried out when Domina is sober and alert.
