The vacuum pump is a hollow tube with a pump at the top and an elastic pressure ring at the bottom. The pump can be placed over the penis, after which a vacuum can be created. This causes the erectile tissues to fill with blood, resulting in an erection. Before placing the pump on the penis, apply lubricant to the penis so that it slides easily into the tube.

Play with the pressure

You can play with the pressure by occasionally letting some air in (and partially releasing the vacuum) and at other times increasing the vacuum.
