Nursing is a form of medical play and also falls under role-play. It is the adult version of “playing doctor” that goes beyond simply wearing a kinky nurse’s uniform. Some forms of play are risky and require more medical skills and/or knowledge. Ultimately, you decide together how far you go.

Clothing can play an important role here. Think of latex gloves, a face mask, a sexy uniform, or a sterile white doctor’s coat. The right attire definitely enhances the experience. Nursing is all about tension, fear, uncertainty, and powerlessness.

Exciting doctor play

Even without specific acts, you can set up an exciting doctor play. After all, the patient must be examined from head to toe. Is everything functioning as it should? Or do certain parts need extra examination? During the play, you can use masks, blindfolds, gags, clamps, ropes, restraint suits – you name it. But also consider, for example, using a wheel of pain and small hammers to test reflexes. However, always keep in mind that “FEAR” is the most important emotion in nursing. And that sometimes makes nursing a bit tricky. Because how do you tell when your sub’s fear is becoming too intense? So keep a close eye on your sub throughout the experience and keep checking in on how they’re feeling.

Extra tips for a realistic experience

Beforehand, you can create a fake patient form to fill out during the examination. It becomes even more fun if you can use various medical items. Think of a blood pressure cuff, latex gloves, disinfectant supplies, a thermometer, a pulse oximeter (for the finger), bandages, and/or a stethoscope.

If you want to make it feel even more realistic, be sure to use specific scents like Dettol, Lysol, or alcohol.
